Rand Hindi – Artificial Intelligence Will Change Our Lives - Meet-Up - Dassault Systèmes. Dr Rand Hindi is an entrepreneur and data scientist. Rand started coding at the age of 10, founded a social network at 14, created a web agency at 15 and was awarded a PhD in Bioinformatics at 21. Rand Hindi has a BSc in Computer Science and a PhD in Bioinformatics from the University of London, in addition to qualifications from Silicon Valley’s Singularity University and THNK in Amsterdam. Rand Hindi was also named Innovator of the Year 2014 by MIT.
US magazine Forbes subsequently included him in their international ‘30 Under 30’ listing for 2015 in the digital technology category. In 2013, Etalab, the French Taskforce for Open Data, awarded him their ‘Dataconnexions’ prize.
