A healthy diet is all about balance. A fat free diet can be very dangerous to life, especially if one is extreme. A crash diet does not suit humans because we do not live a crash lifestyle. Surround yourself with positive people and not those who bring you down and make you feel low about yourself. I am getting smaller by the day. I have reduced my sugar intake, reduced my food intake and feel better for it. Find your own strength. You don’t need anyone but yourself to find that positive target you are looking for. Set yourself a goal, no matter how small. Start small and work your way up and you will find success. To do nothing means you will remain the same and time will pass you, destroying you.
