Ludovic de Gromard is using artificial intelligence to reveal the invisible talents of young people with his tech social startup Chance. He's developed a semi-robotised coaching system for job candidates and headhunting system for companies which will change the way we view the future of work.
This session took place during the Education Plenary Session at the 2017 One Young World Summit, the world's premier forum for young leaders, in Bogotá, Colombia. The Summit brought together 1,300 delegates from more than 190 countries, empowering them to make lasting connections to create positive change.
