INTERFACES Project Introduction: Ethics of Brain-Computer Interfaces
Brain Computer Interfaces and Ethics is an international transdisciplinary project to investigate ethical, legal and social implications of Brain-Computer Interfaces (BCI). We are happy to announce that BCI Research Project has been launched since May 1st, 2016.
The project is coordinated by Ralf J. Jox (LMU Munich, Germany) and Orsolya Friedrich (LMU Munich, Germany). It consists of scientific partners in Montreal (Canada), Granada (Spain), Hamburg and Munich (Germany).
The project is funded by the Canadian Institutes of Health Research – Institute of Neurosciences, Mental Health and Addiction (CIHR-INMHA), the Spanish National Institute of Health Carlos III (ISCIII) and the Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF) in Germany, respectively.
We are looking forward to a successful collaboration, groundbreaking research and innovative results for betterment and progress of the society.
